FERRANDI Paris is a school of gastronomy and hospitality management, a private non-profit higher-education institution of the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry; the school says it was created more than 100 years ago. It trains cooks, pastry chefs, bakers and hotel and restaurant managers, from CAP and BTS to bachelor's degrees in culinary arts and in hotel and restaurant management, an MSc in hospitality management and continuing education for adults. Its historic campus is in Paris's Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, at 30 rue de l'Abbé Grégoire, and it also lists campuses in Saint-Gratien, Bordeaux, Rennes, Dijon and Strasbourg.
