In short

The Richemont Fachschule is the competence centre for the Swiss bakery, pastry and confectionery trade, at Seeburgstrasse 51 in Lucerne; it celebrated 80 years in 2025 (1945–2025). It offers courses in bakery and fine bakery, pastry and confectionery, sales and decoration, higher vocational examinations, diploma courses, inter-company courses for apprentices and courses for trainers, alongside consulting, quality management and its own publishing house. Its foundation and service company are wholly owned by the Swiss Bakers and Confectioners Association (SBC). It is not related to the luxury group of the same name.
