Jiangsu College of Tourism is a provincial public higher vocational college in Yangzhou, founded in 1959 as the cooking school of the Yangzhou catering company and upgraded to its present status in 2017; it has three campuses, the main one in the Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. Its School of Culinary Science teaches Chinese cookery and nutrition, Chinese and Western pastry, Western cuisine, nutritional catering and smart catering management, with around forty training kitchens and bakeries, a Huaiyang cuisine master's studio and a Yangzhou morning tea industry college. Its School of Arts and Crafts grew out of the Yangzhou Jade School opened by the Yangzhou Jade Factory in 1976 and teaches arts and crafts design, gem identification and processing, art design and interior design.
