In short

Tsuji Culinary Institute is a vocational school for cookery and pastry, founded in Osaka in 1960 as the Tsuji Cooking School. In Osaka it offers one- to three-year programmes in cookery, Japanese cuisine and confectionery; a Tokyo school, opened in April 2024 in Koganei, offers one- and two-year cookery and pastry programmes with a restaurant training kitchen and a shop-style pastry workshop. Since 1980 the Tsuji group has also run a school in France, starting with the Château de l'Éclair, as an advanced course for graduates of its schools.
