CIA at Greystone in St. Helena, in California's Napa Valley, is the California campus of the Culinary Institute of America, housed in the former Christian Brothers Winery building. Its associate degree programmes follow the same curriculum as the main campus in Hyde Park, New York, and the campus also offers a certificate, courses for food and wine enthusiasts and boot camps. Facilities include the Viking Teaching Kitchen, the Ghirardelli Chocolate Discovery Center, the Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies with sensory classrooms, and the Gatehouse Restaurant run by advanced students.
