Basque Culinary Center, based in Donostia-San Sebastián since 2011, combines a Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences affiliated with Mondragon Unibertsitatea and a research and innovation centre for food and gastronomy. The faculty offers a bachelor's degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, with specialisation tracks such as culinary avant-garde, food development and technology, and innovation and business, as well as master's programmes including culinary arts, restaurant pastry, sommelier studies, wine and beverage business, food design and brewing science. It also runs short professional and online courses, including wine and spirits courses, on a campus in the Miramón technology park.
